Weekday rates exclude State and Federally observed holidays. Minimum rental is 3 hours; maximum rental is 12 hours.

INITIAL PAYMENT & DEPOSIT

$1,500 Initital Payment + $500 Deposit

A non-refundable initial payment of $1,500 and a security retainer of $500 is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due at least 6 months prior to event.
