WHAT'S INCLUDED?

BASIC RENTAL INCLUDES:

  • 12- hour rental of the venue beginning at 11:00am Eastern Time until 11:00pm Eastern Time. Vendors and other personnel responsible for breakdown must vacate by midnight.

  • Boudoir | dressing room

  • Cocktail hour area

  • Two bars (one on upper level and one on lower level)

  • Cocktail tables

  • Guest tables and chairs

  • Head tables and chairs

  • Buffet, cake, and gift tables

  • Set up and break down of tables and chairs

  • Décor (phone booth, wine barrels, white drapery, string lights)

  • Use of caterers prep area

  • Janitorial services

  • Elevator/handicap accessible 

  • 1- hour rehearsal the Thursday prior to wedding date by appointment only

DAY OF PLANNING SERVICES:

  • Develop timeline to ensure your day runs smoothly

  • Coordinate and communicate with vendors

  • Ensure everyone is on time and in place

  • Act as an advocate for wedding couple & liaison for guests on the day of event

  •  Set up decor at reception and ceremony sites, if on-site ceremony is desired

  •  Clean up and package wedding items for couple to take home at the end of the night

  •  One hour meeting 4-6 weeks prior to event to discuss décor placement and any other concerns

AUDIO GUEST BOOK

 

Bell Mare now offers an audio guest book option! Have your guests step into the pink phone booth, pick-up the phone and leave you a special message. Be sure to bring a sign with instructions so your guests know exactly what to do!

There are a few ways you can set this up:

  • Memory Card: Bring a "micro SD memory card" on the day of your event. One of the members of Bell Mare will help you put the memory card in place. At the end of the evening, you can simply take your memory card with you! To leave a message, just pick-up the phone and wait for the beep.

  •  Google Voice: Google Voice allows you to setup a phone number to leave a voicemails on for free! Guests will enter the phone booth, call your Google Voice phone number and then wait to hear the couple's custom voice message before leaving a message of their own.

  • LifeOnRecord: Purchase LifeOnRecord, you will be given a phone number that your guests can call and hear your custom voice greeting. After the event, LifeOnRecord will organize your messages and then send you either a virtual or physical keepsake with all your guest's special messages.

GUEST TABLES & CHAIRS

60" round tables & 8' rectangular tables

White, distressed Chiavari chairs are included in the rental at Bell Mare.

Our guest tables require linens which Bell Mare does not provide. We suggest  floor length linens which measure as follows

Round: 120" round

Rectangle: 90" x 156"

Bell Mare Sweetheart Table

SWEETHEART TABLE

4' round

Our sweetheart table measures 4' round and will ensure our couples are the center of attention on their special day! We do not require a linen for this table. You can dress it up with a colorful table runner, fun centerpiece or a fresh floral arrangement.

Four (4) rectangle cocktail tables (pictured) measure 32" L x 24" W x 42" H and do not require linens.


Three (3) round cocktail tables measure 24" D x 44" H and do require linens. 132" round linens are recommended for these tables.

Often used as a remembrance table, guest book table, gift table or however else you see fit.

WINE BARRELS

8 barrels

Bell Mare has a total of 8 wine barrels. They are often used to frame the ceremony area and at the start of the wedding aisle. Additionally, Bell Mare offers 4 bunches of white, artificial flowers (shown in the photo.) These work well on top of the barrels but can be used however you see fit.

WINE BARRELS + WOOD PLANK

8' long wood plank

This wine barrel/wood plank is often used as a dessert table. Additionally, it could also be used as a gift table, drink station or for appetizers. Not your style? No worries! We can remove this setup altogether if you choose.

CHAMPAGNE WALL

40" W x 88" H

Our champagne wall holds approximately 70 glasses. The backside is blank and can be used to hang welcome signs or photos. Our couples typically like to use the champagne wall by the entrance or lower level bar but it can be moved anywhere you'd like on the main level.
